For Christmas last year, I reserved a 1/2 hog from 5280 Meat in Denver. I've been waiting over six months for my little hammy to grow up. And now, he has joined our family. Here piggy piggy. And the ironic thing is... his name was Ham cuz he liked to have his "hams" scratched. Super nice people, too. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I might have to try their beef next.
We're so excited to start the BBQ and we're so thankful for Ham... and ham.
Anyone got an idea of what to do with the heart?
